Trainee Property Administrator

My client is a well established Property company based in Rickmansworth, Herts, who as part of their expansion are seeking a person with excellent Customer Service Skills and good Accurate Administration skills to join their team with a view to growing throughoutthe company once they have honed their skills.

This position offers career progression.

Living within easy commuting distance of Borehamwood, Herts, you maybe a college leaver, graduate or a person who is seeking a new challenge who wants a new opportunity to join a company, learn and grow with them.

The role will include:

Prioritising the work, logging all calls with full information on their bespoke system
Liaising with contractors and arrange for them to attend the client site to carry out necessary work
Getting authorisation for larger works
Building relationships with clients and your peers in the office
Must be numerate and literate
Learning about the property industry
