Senior Recruitment Consultant - Risk & Compliance

Location:
home based; anywhere in the UK

Chamberlain Career Management is an established, growing and successful UK based recruitment company that specialises in the commercial banking and alternative finance sectors.

Our clients include established UK banks, peer to peer lenders, new entrant challenger banks, fintech's, building societies, UK based overseas banks, specialist & alternative lenders, real estate funds and bridging lenders.

We work with clients throughout the UK on mandates ranging from senior analysts to C level executives.

The disciplines focused on are business development, compliance, relationship management, operations, risk and product management.

Key responsibilities will include:

Identifying, winning and developing new client business and longterm relationships
Managing the entire recruitment process from initial introduction, to interview, offer stage and beyond
Must have a successful proven track record in a 360degree recruitment role with a specialism in Risk and Compliance focused on the banking and/or alternative finance sectors
Is selfmotivated, driven and entrepreneurial a hunger to succeed and build a successful career, ideally with the goal of owning and running your own recruitment business
