POSITION SUMMARY:
2nd Shift
Responsible forrunning molding machines to produce molded parts.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work under general direction of the departmentsupervisor and/or leader with a minimum of supervision followingprocesses and procedures

Maintain personalproduction and quality standards as determined bysupervision.

Operate injection moldingmachine

Operate blending machine to be ableto combine raw pellets together

Cut offexcess material with an exacto knife

Inspectproducts for surface defects and flaws

Position and secure threaded cores and/or overmolds intomold

Fill machine hoppers

Follow all safety regulations.

Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition


SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);one to three years manufacturing experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulatesmall parts.


AdditionalCharacteristics:
This position works as bothan individual contributor and in a team environment

This position required the ability to lift 2555 lbs.occasionally 2055 lbs frequently 1025lbs.

This position may require standing and/or sitting for long periodsof time up to 810 hours per day

Thisposition required good manually dexterity and visualacuity

This position may be exposed tovarious industrial cleaning chemicals andoils
