Signature are delighted to be recruiting for an Office and Document Control Administrator to join an established architect's firm in central Bristol on a permanent basis.


Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office you will be providing high level administrative support to staff in the Bristol office.

Reporting to and supporting the Office Manager, if you enjoy working in a busy and varied role and have greatattention to detail, this could be the role for you


Key responsibilities:


  • Be the first a point of contact for all visitors, offering them a personal greeting, and making Tea's and Coffee's if needed.
  • To be able to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Ordering stationery and PPE for the office.
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Conduct walks throughs of the office and identify any issues and areas for improvement
  • Providing office administration support and assistance
  • Improve and maintain the efficiency of filing systems, ensure templates and information are up to date.

Document Control Related (Some training provided)

  • Filing, archiving, and distributing documents.
  • Ensure that all documentation is issued according to the relevant standards.
  • Checking all documents ensuring that they're correct.
  • Attending meetings to understand future workloads
  • Be able to create hardcopies of documents and fulfil drawing folding tasks

Requirements:


  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and be happy to question any anomalies.
  • Strong team player, with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and to learn new skills.
  • Reliable and adaptable.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple diaries.
  • Have an eye for detail when necessary.
  • Confident with technology that may be required for meetings.
  • Able to handle process heavy tasks.

Salary and Benefits:

Our client is looking for someone full time, 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday with a small amount of flex in start and finish times.
