London based firm, their services are built and shaped around the needs of their clients. An extremely exciting vacancy has been released by this organisation, they're looking for a
Creative Lead to join the marketing and business development department.

The role has arisen for a passionate creative lead to join their in house design team, our client are looking for a driven, collaborative and pragmatic designer who will manage and work alongside three other designers.

The role is a mixture of
creative leadership, hands on design, artwork and studio management.

Key responsibilities:

Set the standard for creative work and champion best practices, processes and high standards
Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and visual identity evolution including the ongoing development of marketing/communication materials.
Manage the team daytoday; reviewing work, advising on decisions and constructively influencing output.
Mentor the team, sharing your knowledge and experience and championing their personal development.
Get stuck in on dayto daytasks, from editing a podcast to creating a pitch, as well as taking on more creative projects.
Manage all aspects of studio management including reporting.

Experience needed:

Excellent team and organisational skills, with previous experience of running creative/design teams.
A highlydeveloped understanding of marketing communications (strategic and tactical).
A strong creative and strategic thinker with a natural ability to coach and mentor.
Expert understanding of art direction, production methods and the Adobe Creative Cloud including Premier Pro, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator. (InDesign is a given, experience of Ceros is a bonus).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
