Providing legal support to the business, including the following product areas: Advising the Liquidity Management Solutions business in relation to new products and country expansions, including drafting of new Product Agreements and Citi policy matters.

Review of information provided by foreign legal counsel in relation to new products and the expansion of the business.

Advising on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Global Liquidity Management Solutions business.
1 classification law degree required.
Experience gained in private practice or in an in-house legal department.
Experience of negotiating commercial/banking/finance related contracts is helpful.
Experience in general corporate banking and/or corporate legal work involving advisory work and transactions.

This role provides a career path for a motivated individual to develop their knowledge and legal skills in Financial services.

Comprehensive training on Citi's Global businesses will be provided to those transitioning to Citi with transferable skills gained in private practice or in a previous in-house role.
