Programme Manager-Healthcare Tech

London/hybrid

Up to £55,000

This company are building technology that is having a hugely positive impact on the lives of people up and down the country, saving costs, and helping to take the strain off the NHS, which we know all to well how important this is in today's society


They have a patient facing app, a portal for clinicians, and their software is used by multiple NHS trusts across the UK.

This is a brand-new role, reporting directly to the CEO, and sitting on the management team.

Outside of this, you'd be responsible for project managing a range of business projects which are in line with the businesses growth plans.


You'll manage the delivery of their customer solutions, by working closely with the product, sales and development teams, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.


You'll have 2 direct reports (in Content and Product) where you will get involved in 121 meetings, development planning, and day to day support.

You'll also manage their governance and regulatory processes internally
- working with their Head of Development, maintaining cyber essentials, arranging pen tests, and working with the relevant parties to make sure their software meets new standards


Experience you'll ideally need:

  • Experienced in a Project/Programme Manager position
  • Prince 2 qualified
  • A working knowledge of the healthcare tech regulation governance in the NHS, and medical device providers
  • Experience of working with NHSX and NHS Digital
  • An understanding of the structures within the NHS and private healthcare
  • Confident with communicating with stakeholders
  • A good human with a desire to help others with the software you help to build


They have shared office space in Central London, where they'd like this person to work 2-3 days per week, and you can work from home the rest of the time.
