**Purchase Ledger Clerk
Permanent
Based in Horley (parking available and hybrid)
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum

TA7661**Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing SME business in the Horley area on a permanent basis.


You will be joining a finance team of 4 reporting directly into the Finance Manager where you will have full responsibility for the purchase ledger.


Your duties will include:


  • Responsible for verifying the accuracy of the Accounts Payable ledger through the newly implemented system SAP Concur
  • Processing invoices and expenses in line with company policy
  • Payment runs
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Preparing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Support Finance team with month end and year end reports
  • Ad hoc analysis work

Key requirements:


  • Previous experience in a finance role
  • Practical experience of Accounts Payable functions and liaising with suppliers
  • Sage Line 50 experience (desirable)
  • IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Previous experience with SAP Concur (desirable)
