£25,000 - £28,000 per annum

TA7661**Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing SME business in the Horley area on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a finance team of 4 reporting directly into the Finance Manager where you will have full responsibility for the purchase ledger.
Your duties will include:
- Responsible for verifying the accuracy of the Accounts Payable ledger through the newly implemented system SAP Concur
- Processing invoices and expenses in line with company policy
- Payment runs
- Resolving supplier queries
- Preparing supplier statement reconciliations
- Support Finance team with month end and year end reports
- Ad hoc analysis work
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance role
- Practical experience of Accounts Payable functions and liaising with suppliers
- Sage Line 50 experience (desirable)
- IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience with SAP Concur (desirable)
