WHAT YOU'LL DO (Duties)
- Provide friendly and proactive 1st & 2nd line IT service and support to internal staff, visitors and partners.
- Administer a fleet of devices ensuring that we are compliant with company policies.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, processes and procedures.
- Integrate with larger teams to ensure that IT policies are adhered to and escalate where issues were needed.
- General day to day administration tasks including maintenance of monitoring backup and security systems, deployment of updates and auditing systems in a proactive maintenance role.
Requirements:
- As this role is the first line of contact with IT for staff, we are looking for someone with a high level of customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of endpoint devices: Windows, macOS and IOS
- Someone who has a passion for technology and automation.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and build relationships and work with users in a professional, confident and friendly manner.
- Open to learning new ways of working and integrate with an established multidiscipline team.
