We are currently looking for an IFA Administrator to join our clients, a successful independent firm in the Kettering area.

My clients are an established independent firm with the main aim of building a trusted relationship designed to offer exceptional personal service to help plan for a secure financial future.

This role is available to provide a professional level of administrative support to Investment advisers & Paraplanners.


Working hours:

As an IFA Administrator, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.


The successful IFA Administrator will be offered:

  • £30,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)

To be considered for the IFA Administrator role you must have:

  • Previous experience within financial services, ideally in an IFA.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Organisation Skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.

As an IFA Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Ensure that supplies of blank forms required by Advisers are kept well stocked and up to date and advise the Office Manager of any other items needed.
  • Send Letters of Authority to providers, chasing the information and then informing the adviser/paraplanner as appropriate.
  • Prepare paperwork for all client meetings, including report and document printing and valuation calculations ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and other professional bodies in order to progress cases.
  • Keeping the company database up to date, ensuring that all tasks allocated to you on the system are reviewed daily, and actioning or allocating to others as necessary.
  • Communicate with colleagues on compliance matters as they arise and highlight any areas of specific interest.
  • Assist the Management Team on any administrative or officebased tasks as deemed appropriate.
