Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.Competitive base salary plus excellent bonus
Exciting opportunity available for someone who is looking to start their career in Land Acquisition.

This is an exciting time for our Churchill Land Colleagues as we have a clear strategy, strong appetite for new sites, agile infrastructure, and industry leading planning support.

Excitingly you have the opportunity to be involved in the full process and build your knowledge and understanding of Land Acquisitions, seeing your sites progress through the due diligence process to contract exchange and legal completion
You will also have the opportunity to monitor your sites through design, planning, commercial and construction.

We are looking for a self-motivated, engaging, and confident professional who is looking to transfer their experience into the world of land buying.

Due to the travel involved in this role you will require a full UK driving licence.
