Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful Stafford based Distribution business with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy HR team.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is 100% office based working (Monday - Friday).


Description
Working as part of a busy HR team, the role of HR Advisor is a generalist role, supporting stakeholders with a wide range of People matters such as:

  • Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters
  • Support with largescale change projects
  • Ensure an active involvement with absence management
  • Proactively champion employee engagement initiatives
  • Support with the supervision/mentoring of HR Assistants

Profile
Working knowledge of employee relations casework is essential.
