Description
CCR is looking for a experienced and friendly individual, as a Business Support Assistant within the Community Equipment Service. You will provide administrative support and stores administration, ordering stock and receiving stock, allocating stock onto the shelves, taking equipment off pallets, some of which will be heavy, therefore a good understanding of Manual Handling is preferred, goods receipting, filing, updating spreadsheets/databases, dealing with our customers and partners via the telephone and face to face,you will be based at CES dept within Leechmere Centre.
For this role it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent customer care
- Preferred experience of ordering and goods receipting
- The ability to work under pressure
- A positive caring outlook and enabling attitude
- Good IT and typing skills
- Have excellent written and communication skills
- Enjoy a challenge and be flexible in your approach to work
- A good understanding of Manual Handling
All CV's should be supported by two satisfactory references and proof of eligibility to work in the U.K.
