- Extensive experience leading enterprise wide TOM design in complex organisations is essential.
- A background in education or public sector organisations is essential.
- Experience in top tier management consulting would be an advantage.
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to manage a complex group of senior stakeholders.
- Experience in end to end TOM review, design and implementation would be an advantage.
