- Working closely with partners of the firm, you will sit within the Corporate department focusing on GDPR/Data Protection assessments
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on privacy documents
- Conducting Legitimate Interest Assessment and Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Advising on data breaches, international data transfers, and data subject rights
- Performing due diligence on UK GDPR compliance in corporate transactions
- Providing counsel on Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and electronic direct marketing
- Drafting cookie policies
- You should have at least 2 years' experience in UK GDPR/data protection
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Flexibility, dedication, and a commercial approach
- The ability to work proactively and reactively under pressure
