An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an 5+PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a recognised Residential Property team based in Worcester . My client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 5+ years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters , who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area.

·Extensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including the more complex aspects
· Working knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issues
·Business development skills
·IT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficiencies
·Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals
