Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a fully flexible Key Account Administrator/Coordinator to work within their client's Facilities Management department to ensure the smooth running and productive effectiveness of the business.
Role responsibilities:
- Build a strong working relationship with new and existing customers
- Deliver the quotation process from supplier costing to customer pricing
- Setup a job file that contains all specific information (customer scope of works, Suppliers Quotes, Customer Quote, CDM, Works Plan, etc)
- To utilise departmental KPIs and use them to drive performance
- Regular monitoring of the data to ensure these KPIs are met daily
- Using the supplier information, communicate a quote and works timing plan for each project
- Ensure all stakeholders are aware of what is expected and when
- Update and report on a frequent basis from site verses the scope of works and communicate effectively to the customer
- Any slippage should be reported effectively
- Coordination of the customer job signoff (POD)
- Generation of the customer invoice and accurate entry onto specific customer software (Varisae, Isupplier)
- Accurate and timely entry onto internal sales order on BIS system
- Manage customer interface software (Varisae) to ensure all transactions are completed within the expected time frame
- Help resolve conflicts with customers through clear documented communication of promises and verbal agreement of closure
- Escalation of issues where required to ensure customer relationship is upheld
- Proactive customer contact to drive sales
- Assist in the winning of business in new and existing customers
- Undertake visits to promote and demonstrate BIS capabilities on request
