Description

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a fully flexible Key Account Administrator/Coordinator to work within their client's Facilities Management department to ensure the smooth running and productive effectiveness of the business.

Role responsibilities:

Build a strong working relationship with new and existing customers
Deliver the quotation process from supplier costing to customer pricing
Setup a job file that contains all specific information (customer scope of works, Suppliers Quotes, Customer Quote, CDM, Works Plan, etc)
To utilise departmental KPIs and use them to drive performance
Regular monitoring of the data to ensure these KPIs are met daily
Using the supplier information, communicate a quote and works timing plan for each project
Ensure all stakeholders are aware of what is expected and when
Update and report on a frequent basis from site verses the scope of works and communicate effectively to the customer
Any slippage should be reported effectively
Coordination of the customer job signoff (POD)
Generation of the customer invoice and accurate entry onto specific customer software (Varisae, Isupplier)
Accurate and timely entry onto internal sales order on BIS system
Manage customer interface software (Varisae) to ensure all transactions are completed within the expected time frame
Help resolve conflicts with customers through clear documented communication of promises and verbal agreement of closure
Escalation of issues where required to ensure customer relationship is upheld
Proactive customer contact to drive sales
Assist in the winning of business in new and existing customers
Undertake visits to promote and demonstrate BIS capabilities on request
