Consultant in Clinical Oncology - Lower GI Cancers

This post presents a unique and exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to drive an exciting, expanding cancer service in the Lower Gastro-intestinal (GI) team at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre of excellence.

This post supports major strategic investment by The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust (CCC) to expand and develop Lower GI service provision and research focused work for patient benefit.

The lower GI oncology team are based in the brand new, state-of-the-art CCC-L building.

Clinics operate at 4 sites across the region including Liverpool (Central), Aintree (North), Wirral (South) and St Helens & Knowsley/Warrington & Halton (East).

The post holder will support clinics at Central and North with some consultations being held remotely.
