    Description

    This Mortgage Administrator job in Swindon offers hybrid working and opportunity to work for one of the Best 100 Large Companies rated in recent years.

    As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be supporting their Mortgage & Protection Advisers with pre and post sale tasks. Therefore your duties will include:

    • Qualifying new mortgage and protection queries
    • Obtaining agreements in principles with lenders
    • Packaging mortgage cases to lenders
    • Following up and chasing lenders / providers, 3rdparties and clients to proactively progress cases
    • General administration and accurately maintaining the CRM records
    • Providing data and reports to help the team

    Mortgage Administrator Requirements

    • You should have 1+ years' experience as a Mortgage Administrator
    • Individuals holding or studying towards CeMAP (or equivalent) would be beneficial
    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    Mortgage Administrator Benefits

    • Salary of circa £25,000 plus bonus of up to 7.5% of salary
    • Hybrid working with 2 days in the office, 3 days home based
    • 12 month fixed term contract with potential to become permanent, if possible
    • Pension scheme whereby if you contribute up to 5% of your salary, the employer will match this and put in an extra 5%
