Job Purpose Reporting into the Performance & Culture Manager you will be involved in providing a planned and effective approach to a range of projects, development initiatives and interventions linked to performance, engagement, and culture.


This is a newly formed role, and there is scope for you to grow within any area of the role.

We operate in a hybrid environment, where time is the office is for team collaboration.


Role & Responsibilities

Culture and Employee Engagement You will support building our approach to culture and be actively involved in our employee engagement programme.

  • You will be responsible for executing our engagement and culture measurement plan
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing culture programme collateral

Continuous Performance Conversations You will champion continuous performance, development and feedback conversations and help to embed across the business.

  • You will be responsible for producing material and tools for performance, development and feedback conversations?
  • You will support managers and team members in making the most of our capability frameworks
  • You will be responsible for providing guidance and updates on monitoring steps of our performance process

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Do you have experience operating in HR / Organisational Development related roles?

Are you an good communicator and influencer who takes the time to truly understand key stakeholders?

Are you interested in designing and delivering blended content around performance and and development?

Do you have a curiosity around technology, creativity and innovation?

Can you work with a degree of autonomy?

Are you looking to develop professionally?

Are you a positive individual who wants to be part of our People & Culture team?

Can you demonstrate behaviour consistent with Mazars values?

If you said yes to all the above we are ideally looking for someone with:

  • Experience in at least one area of responsibility
  • supporting engagement, performance or culture
  • Sound data analytics experience and the ability to generate insight through systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of the tools and techniques needed to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven presentation skills, able to create content that captures an audience's attention
  • Ability to occasionally travel to alternative office locations, if required.
  • Prior involvement of whole organisation employee opinions, feedback campaigns or surveys (advantageous).
