Description

A top London-based Wealth Management company is looking for a contract Business Change Business Analyst to work on a high-profile piece of work.

This will be working in the Business Change department to help with the major changeover of a company-wide system.
It will involve structured BA work, working closely with the Business-Readiness team, so will involve helping the business through all changes
- before, during and after.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with business and technical stakeholders to analyse 'as is' and 'to be' states, process models, data flows and data.
Working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document and verify requirements.
Using methodologies, tools and documentation appropriate to the project or programme (such as using agile/scrum or waterfall, use of User Stories or Use Cases, Business Requirements Document, etc)
Working within the team to ensure solutions are appropriate.
Supporting the implementation of solutions through communication with stakeholders, involvement in business testing, and participation in business and technical readiness activities
Identifying, analysing and documenting change requests, ensuring that change is managed appropriately.
