    You will join the Technology Performance team within Global Technology Strategy, Planning and Performance.

    1. Ensure KPIs are accessible, usable and credible.
    2. Deep-dive insights from new and existing datasets.
    3. Align on data use and continuous improvement.

    For example, developing a novel approach to quantifying the availability of restaurant technology, using this to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions.

    Your key accountabilities

    Deliver the Technology Performance team goals through creating new insights and driving change:

    • Create informative dashboards, scorecards and reports using PowerBI and/or Tableau.
    • Interrogate data, identify insights and help build strategies to unlock business value.
    • Define appropriate measures/KPIs and support the identification of appropriate data sources.
    • Build data pipelines using Python and SQL.
    • Sharing best practice with Market, Segment and Global teams.

    Success Measures include:

    • Your PowerBI/Tableau reports are frequently used by our (internal) customers.
    • Where necessary, you have partnered with Market technology teams, and Global engineering, data and architecture teams to achieve your project deliverables.
    • Share our best practices with our Global colleagues and importantly, ensure we are identifying and implement best practices already applied elsewhere.

    About you

    Your skills / knowledge:

    • Experience building dashboard and reports using PowerBI and/or Tableau. Python knowledge is a plus.
    • A positive curious mind set, confidence, self-motivation, and logical problem solver.
    • Innovative and learning mind-set and is out to provide value for global technology business partners.
    • Strong communication skills including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship.
    • Comfortable with making recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a global environment.
    • Ability to apply a simple approach to complex problem solving.
    • Feel comfortable working in a virtual environment where the team is spread over different locations.
    • Knowledge of retail and digital technologies is a plus.
    Qualifications
    • BSc Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Experience working with large data sets/statistics in real world situations, recognizing insights and communicating these to senior leaders to drive business value.
    • Technical experience of manipulating, analyzing and visualizing data.
    • Ability to work as part of an Agile team, communicate progress daily and regularly present at different levels.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with proven record in fast paced and quick changing environment
