    Gateperson/Traffic Marshall

    Randstadcpe are looking for an experienced Gateperson/Traffic Marshall (must hold a current CSCS card and Traffic Marshall ticket) to work in Telford.


    Responsibilities:
    Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter.
    Check identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
    Maintain accurate records of all visitors, deliveries, and vehicles entering or leaving the site.
    Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas and coordinate traffic flow within the premises.
    Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing site rules and regulations.
    Report any suspicious or unauthorised activities to the appropriate authorities.
    Communicate effectively with site staff, contractors, and visitors.
    Perform other related duties as assigned by the site manager

    Requirements:
    Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
    Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse individuals on-site.
    Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
    Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
    Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods
