We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a public sector organisation, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in the Bristol area.
This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors, arranging works, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs.
Working across housing association repairs and voids
Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests
Monitoring KPIs, targets and daily management of teams
Management of contracts and adhering to SLAs
