We are currently seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join a leading cleaning company based in the North West of the UK. Location:

Salary:
Up to £125,000 base salary plus bonuses

Role Overview:
As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive operational excellence and business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's operational strategy, optimizing processes, and enhancing service delivery to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence, achieve business objectives, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cleaning business, ensuring the highest standards of service quality, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and improve customer experience.
• Manage budgetary and financial aspects of operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and maximizing profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the cleaning industry, with extensive experience managing large-scale operations and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Sound financial acumen and budget management skills, with a focus on maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.
