- Demonstrable competence within required primary trade.
- Various multi-trade skills and experience, sufficient to enable the completion of repairs at the first visit (first time fix).

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs Team covering our homes in Central Manchester. This is a full time, (39 hours per week), permanent vacancy.
Candidates must be skilled in Plumbing, plastering & decorating, and must live within 10 miles of Central Manchester to be able to reach all the locations in a timely manner.
