    Job Title Salesforce Business Analyst | Location Stevenage / Hybrid SG1 2ST

    As a Salesforce Business Analyst , you are expected to be a self-motivated and highly professional team player with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making are also vital to the role. Your remit is to support our improvement agenda across the Water Division, to deliver profitable company performance through continuous improvement and exceptional levels of customer service.

    You'll be excited by the opportunity to work on industry-leading projects, with a workforce of 10,000 professionals across the UK, with scope to grow and develop within the business. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a self-motivated and highly professional team player, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

    This isn't for someone who wants to work only at home and doesn't want to work as part of a team. You're not one to be afraid to get stuck in, and the role won't have you working in isolation. Working alongside a team of professionals, your role will involve overseeing and project managing progress, testing, training, system developments, and change control.

    In this role, you'll be driving our improvement agenda across the Water Division, ensuring profitable company performance through continuous improvement and exceptional levels of customer service. The core of the role is to support our improvement agenda, collaborating with a team of professionals to drive service enhancements and reduce costs.

    The Key Requirements...

    • A full driving licence
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning
    • Have an IT process background
    • Industry Knowledge of the Water, Infrastructure industries
    • Business Process Management Skills i.e. process mapping, and be great at requirements gathering
