They have brand new solutions and products that they have already rolled out here in the UK and have set up a new Head Office in Solihull.
Working in an award winning Credit department, your role will involve debt chasing, query management, investigation, negotiation skills as well as excellent customer service skills.
Your new role
Provide specialist support to internal and external customers, contributing towards excelled customer service and cash collection of live and aged debt
Investigate and resolve a wide range of complex issues or customer queries, liaising with other parties as necessary, to provide an appropriate, acceptable resolution for the customer to enable cash collection.
Escalation of non-queried debt in order to reduce DSO and bad debt provisionParticipate in process change and implementation, conduct testing and produce and maintain process documentation to ensure department processes are efficient and consistent with business and industry requirements.
What you'll needPrevious experience in a busy Credit department
Strong Analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritize work
CICM qualified or studier is desired but not essential
Good systems skills
