Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator.

Our client is a well-established Facilities Management business and due to continued growth, is expanding its Admin team.

The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.


  • General administration duties
  • Logging calls / jobs on the Control Hub database utilising service software
  • Uploading and amending asset information as held in the Control Hub database
  • Providing cover on various sites throughout NI & GB as and when required
  • Tracking job progress against predetermined KPI's including maximum allowable response and rectification times and implementing escalation procedures.
  • Reporting back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion produce reports.
  • Assist Administration team
  • Operate Full-Service Desk Function
  • Full UK Driving License
  • 1 Years' Experience

Working Hours \ Package:
