Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator.
Our client is a well-established Facilities Management business and due to continued growth, is expanding its Admin team.
The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
- General administration duties
- Logging calls / jobs on the Control Hub database utilising service software
- Uploading and amending asset information as held in the Control Hub database
- Providing cover on various sites throughout NI & GB as and when required
- Tracking job progress against predetermined KPI's including maximum allowable response and rectification times and implementing escalation procedures.
- Reporting back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion produce reports.
- Assist Administration team
- Operate Full-Service Desk Function
- Full UK Driving License
- 1 Years' Experience

Working Hours \ Package:
- Monday

- 40 Hours Per Week
- 9am 5:00pm
