About this role:


In this role, you will work closely with our Group Digital Lead and their team to ensure that we are using sophisticated systems, processes, and digital strategies that are available to us.

You will be analysing the various digital marketing channels available to successfully deliver audiences to our shows and upskilling our marketing and digital team with their day-to-day talents.

Creating and connecting journeys that reflect industry-leading brands and offer new opportunities to drive incremental value.


You will be based in our West Kensington office, with potential opportunities to travel to our shows worldwide when permitted.

As our Digital & CRM Executive, you will be responsible for delivering, executing, and reporting on digital campaigns and maintaining digital excellence across all our portfolios


Main Duties

  • Champion and be the key contact for Hubspot CRM from a digital perspective, leveraging its capabilities to drive effective customer relationship management strategies and campaigns.
  • Work with the Data & Digital team to identify new strategies to promote brand awareness and encourage audience and community growth.
  • Ensure the marketing team implements the digital strategies/plans you and the digital have composed. Alongside this, you will train teams on how to implement digital marketing campaigns and create best practices to be distributed across portfolios.
  • Conduct customer user journey testing to identify new ways to improve functionality, revenue, and registration opportunities.
  • Support the content and conference teams through keyword research, target audience insight, market research, etc.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI. You will also collaborate with the centralised data team on technical elements of the role.
  • Use tools like Hubspot, SEMrush, and Google Analytics to monitor site and campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Manage the Google platform across the business (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Payments, Ads, Ads Manager, Data Studio).
  • Create monthly/weekly reports against KPIs with recommendations for improvement.
  • Create automation strategies for event marketers using Hubspot CRM.
  • Generate raw leads from the websites using contact form completions, downloads, and interactions with other web assets such as using Spoiler.

Person Specification:


  • Experience utilising CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within fastpaced environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Experience managing budgets with strong numeracy skills
  • Proactive and able to utilise initiative
  • Experience effectively managing internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. CRM systems, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
