    We are currently recruiting for a Credit Hire Specialist to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

    As part of the wider Claims function, the Credit Hire Specialist is responsible for managing a caseload of credit hire claims, and supporting the team and department in achieving key performance targets.

    Handle Claims in accordance with best practise guide and regulatory requirements.
    Adhere to the legal and regulatory framework in accordance with the relevant bodies.
    Comply with internal esure policy and procedures, and comply with external best practice and legislation, e.g. equal opportunities.
    Work with your team leader group to achieve proactive quality file handling.
    Existing knowledge of claims or processes within claims would be beneficial.
    Excellent organisational and planning skills.

    The ability to demonstrate quality claims handling with a clear understanding of the need for reserving accuracy on all claims.
