My client is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Membership Advisor to look after existing memberships within the business.You will be responsible for being the companies 'go to' for any membership enquiry, making sure they are getting the most out of theirsubscription, and constantly ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Delivering excellent customer service through maintaining good relationships
- Providing knowledge on subscriptions and assisting with customer enquiries
- Providing support to the sales team
- Reporting customer feedback, concerns and issues to Sales Manager and any other relevant department
- Excellent telephone skills and a persuasive demeanour
- Use of Word, Excel, Publisher
- Gathering market and customer information as input to sales activities
Experience:
- Customer Service and Account Management background within an office environment
- Good computer skills required
- Confident and Professional communicator the role will involve talking with members from all over the world
- Experience in contacting businesses on the phone as well as face to face this does not involve any cold calling.
