Clinic Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth running of the outpatient administration teams working within the Clinic Delivery Team in the delivery of outpatient clinics, departmental and national targets.

Providing an efficient and safe environment for patients and staff. Always
maintaining a competent and effective workforce that is dedicated to the Trust and its values.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an efficient, focused administration service and to organise and plan work across the range of administrative functions that underpin the patient pathway and the delivery of clinics.


You will work alongside the Team Leader and Assistant Service Manager, to assist in the supervision of the Clinic Delivery Clinic Coordinators within their designated Hub.

The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of the Clinic Coordinators, including finalising the rota to ensure all areas and core tasks are covered, daily workload distribution to the team, as well as assisting in the direct line management of staff.

The post holder will also play a key role in liaising with the Services that Outpatients support, to ensure that we are delivering excellent patient led care.


The person best suited to this position is someone with the ability to work in a team, has excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills and who is also flexible, proactive and who meets challenges and who is flexible and meets challenges with enthusiasm.

A good standard of verbal and written English, numeracy and attention to detail is also expected.
