Key Accountabilities will include:


  • Manage and maintain exempla project Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards
  • Support the project team in collaborative short term planning in conjunction with subcontractors to ensure progress is maintained in line with the programme
  • Develop a daily key action plan that includes productivity and people management
  • Attend/Chair internal daily meetings with subcontractors to review progress and SHEQ matters
  • Monitor the works to ensure it aligns with the design and flag any nonconformities so they can be rectified accordingly
  • Ensure detailed and accurate record keeping is maintained at all times
  • Monitor the programme from beginning to the end
  • Involved in short term tailoring
  • Coordinate with subcontractors

We are looking for a qualified and competent Site Manager with mechanical bias who has previous experience on construction projects with an MEP value in excess of £10 million.
