Working Flexibly

What will you be doing?:


  • Providing technical consultancy for new initiative in order to assist in the definition of business solutions
  • Reviewing component designs to ensure compatibility with the end to end system design
  • Engaging with the Barclays Group Innovation Agenda, and bringing new ideas and creative solutions
  • Raising risks and issues in a timely manner to development team leads

What we'

re looking for:


  • Technical data knowledge and exposure to emerging technologies (AWS, Java, Adaptive)
  • Good stakeholder management able to challenge stakeholders creatively and professionally
  • Experience with IT Architecture familiar with integration and implementation issues
  • Excellent understanding of best practice architectural and design methods and Solution Development

Skills that

will help you in the role:

  • Exposure to Microservice/API-oriented architectures/Cloud/Python/Data Engineering
  • Solution architect training and certification, e.g. TOGAF, BCS accreditation
