    MMA Global is looking for a Membership Experience Manager responsible for corporate membership engagement across European markets. This role is remote and can be located anywhere in Europe.

    The Europe Membership Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in building and enhancing the relationship between MMA Global and its corporate members. The role involves planning and implementing programs, services, and initiatives designed to engage members, thereby ensuring a high level of participation and to-way contribution.

    The Europe Membership Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in building and enhancing the relationship between MMA Global and its corporate members. The role involves planning and implementing programs, services, and initiatives designed to engage members, thereby ensuring a high level of participation and two-way contribution.

    The role responsibilities include:

    • Plan, coordinate and execute ongoing communications to members.
    • Prepare and support renewal discussions.
    • Increase access of and usage of MMA Global's groundbreaking research and tools across member organisations.
    • Measure, and analyse membership engagement data to identify trends, and outliers.
    • Drive uptake of research initiatives and turn results into cases that prove the impact across all members and expand MMA's facts-based knowledge.
    • Measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives to inform strategies aimed at increasing members' engagement.
    • Manage the calendar of member meetings, events and activities.
    • Manage board membership (list, coordinate sessions, attendance tracking, onboarding and off-boarding members, etc.)
    • Coordinate and oversee member activities, with support from the wider team.
    • Keep CRM platform (Sales Force) up to date and produce reports and support for senior leadership.

    Skills and requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • A minimum of two years of relevant B2B experience managing large corporate customers in a membership or similar type organisation
    • Deep knowledge of SalesForce data input, account management and reporting
    • Experience with planning and running corporate events is preferred (seminars, professional meet-ups, webinars, conferences, etc.)
    • Fluent in English. Other European languages are a plus.
