Age UK is recruiting for a
Data Services Coordinator to join our CRM team to assist in providing reliable and timely management of Age UK's data.

As
Data Services Coordinator, you will be working mainly with the Data Quality Manager and Data Quality Analysts to ensure all data is received by suppliers and stakeholders on time, in the correct format and ready to use.

You will also be working with internal stakeholders to ensure new and ad hoc data requests are responded to, scheduled, and completed to agreed timescales.

You will support in the maintenance of CRM data by undertaking data quality tasks including cleaning, deduping and importing data to the central database.

With over 100 different data sources coming into the team monthly, this role is vital to the successful running of the CRM team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, looking to kickstart their career in data.

This role is offered on a Hybrid / London contract and will include travel to our modern co-working hub in East London (EC3N 2LB) at least once a week.

If you have an administration background with some knowledge of data and reporting, we'd love to hear from you

You will have:

A proven track record in an equivalent role providing administrative support for a central services team
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Previous experience interrogating data from a central database
An awareness of GDPR
