    We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Bids and Funding
    to join our client at a pivotal moment in their journey of expansion and progress.

    As a key player in this pivotal role, you'll initiate the cultivation of impactful partnerships with stakeholders and commissioners, driving the delivery of top-tier services and strategic growth across both established and emerging business sectors.

    Your track record of spotting and seizing growth prospects, venturing into new territories and markets, combined with your talent for nurturing relationships, will be instrumental in propelling the organisation to new heights of success.

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    Create and execute a strong stakeholder engagement plan aimed at driving business expansion and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.

    Collaborate closely with operational counterparts to maintain a thorough understanding of current contract requirements, performance metrics, stakeholder engagement strategies, and existing partnerships.

    Establish and maintain open lines of communication with designated commercial partners to ensure mutual comprehension of business objectives and strategies.

    Establish and execute frameworks and procedures to guarantee efficient governance and assurance of commercial partnerships.
    Foster and nurture both commercial and strategic partnerships to leverage opportunities for business growth. Collaborate closely with partners to devise mutually advantageous initiatives.
    Harness stakeholder and commissioner connections to gather insights and pinpoint upcoming prospects. Strengthen the organisational new business pipeline by offering valuable intelligence and information.

    Partner with the Research and Development team and operational divisions to forge partnerships that bolster future bidding and expansion prospects.

    Support bid preparation, facilitate supply chain sign-offs, assist in post-tender negotiations, aid in bid implementation, collaborate on proposal co-design with commercial partners, and share comprehensive insights with Commercial Directorate colleagues.
