    Job Title:
    Project Manager (Migration Specialist)
    Nottingham, UK (90% remote)

    Salary:
    £50,000 - £55,000 per annum - FTC

    Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading migration projects, particularly within the Tech or SaaS industry? As a Project Manager specialising in migrations, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end migration projects, from inception to completion.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and successful outcomes, leveraging your expertise to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and deliver value to our customers.

    Lead migration projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
    Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, taking into account dependencies and constraints.
    Manage project execution, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and mitigating risks as they arise.
    Communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
    Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.

    Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on leading migration projects within the Tech or SaaS industry.

    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise tasks and resources.

    Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

    Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
    Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
