Description
Our client is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their BSA team on a permanent basis. The Business Support Administrator will be working within a team of Administrators, to support lawyers and solicitors.

The Business Support Administrator will also work in their office Monday to Friday and will be working a 36.5-hour week.


Key Responsibilities for the Business Support Administrator:

  • Electronic filing using their document management system.
  • Compiling electronic bundles and packages for court.
  • Processing incoming requests via the departmental inboxes.
  • Supporting travel requests.
  • Maintaining stationery supplies.
  • Conflictsearching and matteropening.
  • Courier management.
  • Process incoming post.

Skills Required for the Business Support Administrator:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally within a professional service environment.
  • IT literate with working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Quality and customer service driven, with a concern for accuracy and an eye for detail.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritize own workload effectively.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible.
  • Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team.
