Description
Our client is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their BSA team on a permanent basis. The Business Support Administrator will be working within a team of Administrators, to support lawyers and solicitors.The Business Support Administrator will also work in their office Monday to Friday and will be working a 36.5-hour week.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Support Administrator:
- Electronic filing using their document management system.
- Compiling electronic bundles and packages for court.
- Processing incoming requests via the departmental inboxes.
- Supporting travel requests.
- Maintaining stationery supplies.
- Conflictsearching and matteropening.
- Courier management.
- Process incoming post.
Skills Required for the Business Support Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally within a professional service environment.
- IT literate with working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Quality and customer service driven, with a concern for accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritize own workload effectively.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible.
- Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team.
