Propel are looking for an experienced Business Operations Recruiter to specialise in Finance, Legal and HR roles within high-growth tech businesses.
This role sits within our hugely successful Commercial recruitment team who are super high performing, work with some of the leading global technology business and have access to key decision makers (CEOs, Directors etc.) who are at the forefront of their fields.
Who are you?
· An experienced 360 recruiter with a strong network in the Finance, Legal or HR realm.
· Someone with a keen interest in the fast-growth tech ecosystem, and exposure to VC and PE backed start-up/scale-up technology companies.
· You have a distinct internal drive and hustle - with the environment we have at Propel you will really succeed.
· You have a strong business development process and have track record of success in your market.
· You get a kick out of working to and exceeding targets.
· You genuinely LOVE your market and want to involve yourself in the community by attending & hosting events.
· You pride yourself on being really good at what you do, we will definitely ask you about it
