As Contract Support Administrator, you will act as the administrative function of a large TFM contract.
***
You will assist the Contract Manager and the Performance and Improvement Manager on matters relating to compliance and administration across multi sites.
******
Key Responsibilities
******:

Work with managers and support wider FMs to help drive performance improvement, processes, procedures and systems
***:
-
Keep up to date knowledge of the systems and processes, and recognize accountability to ensure there is no risk of failed KPI's:


  • Work with the team to understand priorities and support with development and implementation of robust processes and procedures
***:
-
Support managers with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required, for example: contacting helpdesk, FMs, Suppliers, data collection, chasing evidence documentation
***:
-
Liaising with local FM's and Suppliers, chasing documents, closing down tasks, closing down jobs

Interpret data and notice mistakes

Meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work with a variety data sets, and systems to ensure a full overview of performance.

Has experience of working with various systems and associated MIS.

Has experience of working in data analysis, quality, compliance and support

Ability to work well as part of a growing team in an ever-changing environment
