    The Sales Coordinator at NOV Downhole plays a crucial role in synchronizing regional demands to guarantee prompt order delivery to customers and inventory provisioning to Service Centre operations. This multifaceted position entails meticulous monitoring of 3rd party orders and internal on-demand parts' scheduled delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout. Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain team, the coordinator strives to exceed the expectations of both external clients and internal stakeholders, thereby optimizing overall operational performance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviewing, managing, and expediting all 3rd party customer orders within the internal supply chain from start to finish
  • Scrutinizing open servicing work orders and following up on open inventory with the supply chain, providing updates to district operations
  • Working with Inside Sales to review global inventory and explore potential options, swap outs, and re-works from available inventory at order entry
  • Proactively communicating and providing updates to the regional inside and outside sales teams to ensure customers are updated with accurate information
  • Raising and maintaining all locally sourced inventory purchase orders with third party vendors in local business units
  • Collating data on all 3rd party orders to ensure accurate revenue forecasting
  • Maintaining reports for the operations and sales teams to ensure vital information is always available
  • EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Previous training or knowledge in Supply Chain Management (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills (essential)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (essential)
  • Experience with NOV Downhole JDE Systems or similar Information Systems (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar job role (desirable)
  • Previous experience working in a similar organization/process structure (desirable)
  • The minimum education requirement for this role is a Standard Grade Level of Secondary Education or equivalent (desirable)
