Marketing Assistant
Switch Advisor Ltd is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administrative duties of the office and general administrative functions.
  • Maintain and organize all records, including but not limited to:
  • Tracking of all documents and files
  • Data entry
  • File maintenance and organization
  • Office equipment maintenance and repair
  • Maintain contact lists and directory services
  • Assist with special projects as requested or required
  • Maintain contact lists and directory services

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, customers, etc. in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.

Salary:
£21,712.00-£22,781.00 per year
