    We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join the Eqvilent Finance team.
    Join us to work on assessing tax impacts in multiple jurisdictions, conducting research, and supporting employees with tax matters. Showcase your expertise in international tax regulations and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and diverse environment.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Assessment of the tax impact of Eqvilent business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions
    • Perform tax research and analysis of technical tax issues, tax legislation, regulatory proposals and judicial practice regarding the company's operations in various jurisdictions
    • Preparing compilations of tax consultants in new jurisdictions for the company, completing KYC procedures when starting work with consultants, and communicating with external tax consultants (preparing call notes, tracking report preparation deadlines, sending follow-ups, organizing materials provided by consultants)
    • Provision of tax support to employees for tax matters (during hiring, changing tax residency, etc.), and timely updating of the tax guide for employees
    • Help the CFO in monitoring the deadlines for submitting tax reports, and organizing the tax documentation submitted in various jurisdictions

    WHAT WE ARE LOOK FOR IN YOU:

    • Have professional experience in taxation (4+ years) including experience within a Big 4, law firm, consultancy firm or international group
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in law, economics, finance or from a business school, ideally with a major in tax
    • Strong understanding of the tax implications of a multinational company
    • Previous experience with corporate income tax, withholding taxes, value-added tax (VAT), and personal income tax is mandatory
    • Previous experience with tax legislation in the following jurisdictions is an advantage: UAE, UK, EU, India, Hong Kong and other Asian countries
    • Confident knowledge of general concepts, trends, and rules of international taxation (Double tax treaties, OECD Model tax convention, MLI, CFC rules, transfer pricing rules, tax residence rules, permanent establishment rules, BEPS)
    • Proven interest in Quantitative Trading / Data Science / Machine Learning / Comprehensive Analytics
