    The Role:

    As the Senior Product Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the regional merchandising of UGG Men's Footwear product lines as well as managing the Junior Merchandiser to oversee the Apparel & Accessories product line. You will manage the process of providing briefs to the global product teams, ensuring clear and direct feedback the presents the varying needs of the region in areas pertaining to product, price, consumer and trend.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the brand and a good understanding of the regional needs to implement product strategies that support the brand vision. You can also build strong relationships with key stakeholders in global and regional teams to deliver commercial business goals.

    Your Impact:
  • Collate, analyse and communicate seasonal sales and margin information: Merchandising Financial Plan, FLR Forecasts, sell-in performance
  • Establish Men's Footwear RRP price architecture for all currencies in EMEA, taking into consideration USD RRP, end consumer, competitive set and financial guidance
  • Provide seasonal briefs for the global product team to inform the Men's Footwear product line
  • Represent EMEA at global product meetings, ensuring the mainline product offer supports the regional needs, including strategic and financial goals
  • Manage and support the Junior Merchandiser on UGG Apparel & Accessories

    Who You Are:
  • You are leader who can work independently and delegate effectively
  • A strong communicator with good presentation skills
  • You're comfortable with basing decisions on numerical, competitor, trend and consumer research
  • You can demonstrate initiative, ownership and accountability for the business

    We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Strong experience in the fashion industry, experience in Footwear & Accessories is a plus
  • A good understanding of the European commercial and consumer landscape
  • Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
