Woodland Creation & Management Plan Coordinator

**_Some responsibilities of a _
Woodland Creation & Management Plan Coordinator_:_**- Take responsibility for the technical aspects of planning, controlling, and delivering work to the required standard, first time, in accordance with timetables.

  • Undertaking searches, commissioning third party searches, and analysing data.
  • Building and maintaining sound client and stakeholder relationships is essential.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of health and safety (and related) policies and procedures affecting each production facility, ensuring all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are always followed.
  • Demonstrate an appropriate attitude towards health and safety requirements ensuring that direct reports adopt similar positive attitudes and that they understand and embrace their responsibilities with respect to Health and Safety.

With strong relationship management skills, you're able to build and maintain exceptional rapport with Tilhill clients.

In addition to this, we're ideally looking for:

  • Good knowledge of planning and statutory designations and understanding of the natural environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint and mapping systems.
  • Ability to interpret data, including research data, maps, plans, and records and monitor information accurately in relation to the natural environment.
  • Experience of working in partnership and crossservice teams to deliver shared objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship skills are required.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
