SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Location:
Bedford

Pay:
£80-£90 per day (PAYE only)

Hours:
/ Monday - Friday

DegreeSix are looking for an ambitious SEND Learning Support Assistant to kick of the new term in an outstanding mainstream Primary School in a village on the outskirts of Bedford.

The school caters to 600 pupils with around 10% SEN, they have a very established ASD Provision which is also used by neighbouring SEN schools.

The Role:

Supporting Key Stage 1&2 pupils who need extra support with their academic and social skills
Assisting with tailored individualised educational programs
Proving support 1:1 and or working in small groups

To be successful:

Driving License is preferred but not necessary.
Experience with learning difficulties such as SEMH, Autism, ADHD or other Complex Needs
Patience and passionate about supporting students with special needs
Ability to work within a team and contribute positively
