    Business Development ManagerField Sales Card Payments

We are seeking Business DevelopmentManagers (BDMs) who are passionate about driving growth andexcelling in a competitive market. This position offers theopportunity to work with a dynamic field sales team dedicated toenhancing our market presence and customerengagement.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • ClientVisits: Conduct regular visits to both potential and existingclients across the UK to discuss their needs present innovativepayment solutions and closesales.
    • Sales Development:Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) toidentify and nurture new sales opportunities moving leads throughthe sales pipeline.
    • ColdCalling: Utilize cold calling and other proactive prospectingtechniques to generate new leads and scheduleappointments.
    • MarketAnalysis: Perform thorough market analysis to spot trends assesscompetition and identify potential growthareas.
    • Sales Strategy: Workalongside the sales team to craft and implement robust salesstrategies tailored to various UKmarkets.
    • Client RelationshipManagement: Develop and maintain robust client relationshipsensuring high satisfaction and longtermengagement.
    • Sales Targets:Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly salesgoals.
    • Reporting: Regularlyreport on sales activities pipeline status and overallperformance.

    CompensationandBenefits:

    • BaseSalary: 36000 to 55000 per annum dependent on experience and thesize of dealsmanaged.
    • OnTarget Earnings(OTE): Up to double the base salary based onperformance.
    • CarAllowance/Company Car: Choose between a car allowance ofapproximately 600 per month or a company car to facilitate travelrequirements.

    Requirements:

    • Provenexperience in field sales ideally within the payments or financialservices sector.
    • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills; adept at client and teaminteractions.
    • Experiencecollaborating with SDRs and utilising CRM systemseffectively.
    • Selfmotivatedwith the ability to work independently manage time efficiently andtravel extensively.
    • Drivento meet sales targets with a resultsorientedapproach.
    • Must possess avalid drivers license and be open to extensive travel asneeded.
