and Systems Engineering organisations, responsible for leading the teams tasked with the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the complex systems and infrastructure that are critical to our operations, while ensuring the corporate I.Defining the strategic direction and roadmap for systems engineering initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and customer requirements.

Leadingour team of Systems Engineers who are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our telecommunications systems, including OSS, BSS, network management systems, network planning and design tools and network monitoring tools.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements at all times, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data and systems.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to system uptime, reliability, and performance, taking proactive measures to address issues and optimize system performance.

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineering Director with strong experience in the telecommunications sector.

You will be passionate aboutdriving innovation and continuous improvement in systems architecture, design, and performance, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices in the telecommunications industry.

A natural leader andmentor fostering aculture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development within the team.

The successful candidate will alsohave experience leading teams utilizing Agile processes while operating with a CI/CD delivery methodology, and be experienced in creating and promoting a DevOps culture.
